Schumann - Träumerei (Kinderszenen)

Happy New Year, though it's a bit late! This time, I performed Schumann's "Träumerei." I think this is the first time I've played Schumann's piece on this channel. I was planning to upload it earlier, but it seems to have been delayed more than I expected. I guess there are various interpretations of this piece, and I hope you enjoy my interpretation. Used this piece for the photo montage at my mum's funeral last week. She was 90 and enjoyed playing the piano❤

This was the Angel of Death, Joseph Mengele's favorite classical piece.

From the opening bars this is the most beautiful piece of music. It does remind me of my childhood long gone. Just wish I'd been more adventurous in my taste. Thank you Europe for truly wonderful music.
